⛩ Haise Sasaki is a member of the GCC, rank 1 inspector as well as a mentor of the Quinx unit. It is an all-human unit that has had a Quinx transplanted into their body and can be used as Kagune. However, their RC rating is often too low for them to be considered ghouls and can actually eat human food.

Haise is a boy with a kind nature who worries a lot about his team members. However, when it comes to his job, he happens to be a serious person who can be counted on. Like every member of the Quinx unit, he possesses ghoul attributes and in fact seems to reject his ghoul side.
