⛩ Chifuyu Matsuno was the vice captain of the Toman's first division under Keisuke Baji.

In middle school, the vice captain is a disruptive student. He is constantly surrounded by other teenagers, his minions, and gets into fights on a very regular basis. But there is a rumor that a ninth grader from the year before has repeated a grade. Chifuyu, convinced that this is then a dreaded delinquent, sets out to find the famous Keisuke Baji. It is to his surprise that he sees a "model" student, who seems to be focused and attentive to his lessons. But the eighth grader recognizes that Baji is playing a role and that he is not a model student at all. One day on his way back from class, Chifuyu gets ambushed and a dozen students from another middle school start beating him up. It is Baji, alone, who will save him. The two middle schoolers, just discovering that they are actually neighbors, become friends and Chifuyu joins the Tokyo Manjikai, becoming vice captain of the division headed by Baji.
