⛩ Makima is a high-ranking Public Security Devil Hunter, who has taken Denji on as her "pet" and offered to become a Devil Hunter in her own right. Initially, she takes part in the fight against demons, heading up the 4th Anti-Demon Special Section.

Makima is extremely cunning and manipulative. She controls Denji by promising him a romantic and sexual relationship, while threatening him with extermination if he disobeys her. Ruthless and devoid of emotion, she'll do anything to achieve her goals, even at the expense of those she should be protecting.

Although we don't see her do much fighting in the anime, she is one of the highest-ranking devil hunters and the devil hunter most feared by demons, along with the Chainsaw Man.
