⛩ Zenitsu Agatsuma is a demon slayer and member of the Demon Slayer Army. He is Tanjiro Kamado's traveling companion and one of the protagonists of the manga and anime Kimetsu no Yaiba.

Zenitsu is most powerful when he sleeps. When his life is in danger, the fear he feels exceeds the limits his body can bear and makes him faint, bringing him to his true potential; when Zenitsu is asleep, he wields the sword at a high level based on instinct alone. However, as the story continues, he perfects his skills and courage and relies less and less on this ability, beginning to show the same talents while conscious.

Indeed, Zenitsu was a coward at the start of the adventure, always claiming that he would soon die because of his risky work as a demon-slayer. As soon as he learned of his master's death, he evolved into a true warrior thirsting for vengeance.
