⛩ Usopp, also named Pipo (in the old Glénat editions of the anime), is a member of The Straw Hat Crew, holding the position of Elite Shooter. He is originally from the Village of Sirop. Although he is not a shipwright, he was also in charge of repairing the Vogue Merry (he patched the holes with the means at hand). He was then replaced by Franky for the maintenance of the ship, when the latter and the Thousand Sunny joined the crew.

While at Sirop Village, he was the Captain of "Captain Usopp's Crew" and was known to his crew members as Captain Usopp.
