⛩ Ace ate the Mera Mera no Mi, a Logia-type Demon Fruit, giving him pyrogenic powers, hence his nickname "Ace with Fiery Fists". Ace also demonstrated his immense power by destroying several Baroque Works ships with ease and in a single blow. For some reason, Ace is not too concerned about his inability to swim as evidenced by the risk he took of ending up in the water when he destroyed the Baroque Works ships. This power also allowed him to stop the snowfall on Drum Island the night he went there.
Ace wields his Demon Fruit very well; witness his craft named Striker. It is a cross between a boat and a sailboard that is powered by a motor in the back, which Ace fuels with his flames.
