⛩ The Fourth Great Shinobi War is a conflict between the Shinobi Alliance and Tobi. The latter declared this war open following the refusal of the five Kage and the ruler of the Land of Iron to hand over Hachibi and Kyûbi for his Moon Eye Plan. Tobi then declared his intention to use the seven bijû already captured by Akatsuki against the ninja world. As a result, the Fifth Kazekage Gaara, the Fifth Mizukage Mei Terumi, the Fourth Raikage A, the Third Tsuchikage Ônoki, and General Mifune agreed to form a Shinobi Alliance, pooling their resources against Tobi. Then, the Daimyos of the Five Great Countries as well as the Godaime Hokage Tsunade joined the Alliance, while Kabuto Yakushi joined forces with Tobi.
